Exemption Statement

Scope

Kumpelino is a social and dating platform operated under the laws of Germany and the European Union. The platform does not produce, create, or otherwise generate visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A)(i)–(iv).

All visual content displayed on this website is either:

• Created by users (User-Generated Content) who confirm they are 18 years of age or older at time of creation,
• Created exclusively by the operator under full Age and Identity Verification, or
• Not constituting "actual sexually explicit conduct" as defined by 18 U.S.C. § 2256.

Age Verification

Kumpelino requires all users to confirm that they are 18 years of age or older before accessing the platform. The platform implements an age gate that prompts new visitors to verify their age. Underage individuals are denied access.

User-Uploaded Content

With respect to User-Uploaded Content, the operator of this website is not the "producer" of such content as defined by 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B)(v). The original producer of each individual visual depiction maintains all records as required by law. The operator is exempt from the record-keeping requirements as a provider of a forum where users post their own content.
